Our Policies

1. Appointments & Booking

• All appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp. Bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and verified.
• A booking is considered final once you receive a confirmation from us. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

2. Advance Payment

To secure your slot, we require an advance payment of 25% of the service price via JazzCash. This advance is non-refundable and is adjusted against your final bill on the day of your appointment.

3. Service & Results

• Our technicians are trained professionals who use salon-grade products. Results may vary based on the natural condition of your nails, skin and hair.
• Add-on nail art, custom designs and extensions are quoted on the day and may affect the final price and appointment duration.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone behaving inappropriately, or where a treatment may pose a health risk.

4. Health & Safety

• Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin conditions, infections or medical concerns before your treatment begins.
• We maintain strict hygiene standards, including single-use files and sterilised implements for every client.
• You attend and receive treatments at your own discretion. Hadia's Nail Bar is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of your booking.

1. Information We Collect

• Account details: your name, phone number, email address and, optionally, your date of birth.
• Booking information: the services you book, appointment dates and times, notes to your artist, and payment references (JazzCash transaction IDs).
• Usage data: basic technical information needed to keep your account session secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To manage your bookings and confirm appointments.
• To contact you regarding your appointments, reminders and confirmations — primarily via WhatsApp or phone.
• To personalise your experience, including loyalty rewards, birthday offers and referral benefits.
• To improve our services and respond to your queries.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. Your details are used solely by Hadia's Nail Bar to serve you. We may share information only where required by law.

4. Data Security & Retention

• Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form and are never visible to us.
• We retain your booking history to provide loyalty benefits and a record of your visits. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

5. Your Rights

You may access, update or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details at the bottom of this page. Marketing messages can be opted out of at any time.

1. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 4 hours before your booked time, directly from your dashboard or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Your advance payment carries over to the new slot.

2. Cancellations

• You may cancel your appointment at any time from your dashboard.
• The 25% advance payment is non-refundable, as it reserves your slot and covers preparation. This applies to all cancellations, regardless of notice.

3. No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your appointment without informing us, it is treated as a no-show and the advance payment is forfeited. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book in future.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please tell us before you leave the studio so we can make it right.
